Your design. Our development team. One confirmation sample in 10 weeks.
For brands and distributors that already have customers but no in-house footwear development. Send us a tech pack, a sketch, or a reference sample — we take it to a confirmed, production-ready sample. Development fee US$ 2,500, fully credited toward your first production order.
Send your project for reviewBuilt for brands with a channel, not a factory
- Workwear, tool, or safety brands adding a boot line
- Outdoor brands moving into hiking footwear
- Safety, tactical, or uniform distributors building a private label
- Small footwear brands with 1–3 styles and no development team in Asia
Not a fit
Design-only projects where production goes elsewhere, and ideas without a sales channel yet. We take those on case by case and quote separately.

| Sample development | 2 rounds of samples, managed by us with our pattern and factory partners. |

Development fee paid; we lock materials, last and construction with you.

Each round reviewed against the tech pack. You approve or mark changes.

You place the production order — and the development fee comes off the invoice.

Credited in full against your production order. You are paying for development once — and getting it back when you go to bulk.
- Development fee US$ 2,500 per style, paid at kick-off.
- Fully credited toward a qualifying production order of 500 pairs or more, placed within 180 days of sample confirmation.
- Not credited if no order is placed — the fee then covers the development work delivered.
- Hard costs billed separately at cost: sample materials, lasts, moulds, lab testing, courier. Estimated upfront, never a surprise.
- Includes 2 sample rounds; additional rounds quoted before work starts.
- Tech pack, patterns and BOM are released on production order or on settlement of the development fee.
Your design, your brand
Your original design and brand assets remain your property throughout. Work we create for your project — tech pack, patterns, BOM — transfers to you on production order or on settlement of the development fee. We sign NDAs before reviewing any material.

Before you send
Do I need a finished tech pack?
No. A sketch plus a reference sample is enough to start. Building the tech pack is part of the pilot.
Can you develop more than one style?
Yes — each style is its own pilot at the same fee, credited the same way.
What if the sample isn't right after 2 rounds?
We quote additional rounds before starting them. In practice most styles confirm within the included rounds when the brief is clear.
Where is production?
China-based supply chain, managed by us. Bulk MOQ is 500 pairs per style; typical delivery ~90 days from tech pack approval.
Can I see past work?
Selected case studies are available under NDA on request.
Who do I talk to?
One project lead from first review to bulk delivery. No hand-offs between a sales desk and a factory.
